The new issue of Dine is out now- it has corn on the front cover from the camp shoot we did with Clark from Simple Cafe :
So I thought I would post a few highlights :)
The best sushi roll in the world available at Naked Tchopstix- you can see how much I liked them because those are my gigantic bites (I had to do it for the photo though- not my fault that i consumed all of those lovely carbs):
And I love these shots of Dwight from Kiss Z Cook- he made an omelet for us and gave step by step instructions, which have actually been very helpful to me:
Then there was the amazing tart that Chris from the Goose Market made for us (again- not responsible for the carb consumption):
And one of my favorite stories this issue was not shot by me, but by photographer Kay Westhues as part of her project "14 places to eat". I love the photos and the concept...
And lots of other good stuff so check it out :) Also, remind me to tell you what I did to the wine this issue, it was a disaster...I don't think I can talk about it yet but one day it will be very funny I'm sure :)
